Kale contains four times the amount of vitamin C and twice as much selenium as spinach does. It is also a source of nutrients like vitamin E and beta-carotene. These are all important for supporting a healthy immune system.
Kale is also rich in the phytonutrients, lutein and zeaxanthin. These support the health of our eyes and vision as you watch the parades from the comfort of your couch.
